These are delicious and easy to make (that is if you are a coconut fan). You can dip them in chocolate or just leave them plain.
Ingredients:
2 bags Flaked Coconut, i try to buy unsweetened because they can get a little sweet
1 can condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
sprinkle some cinnamon
milk chocolate, for dipping

To make:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
1. Pour half of the can of condensed milk into a large mixing bowl (I try to use a little as possible) Add the vanilla & almond extract and a couple dashed of cinnamon
2. Mix in the flaked coconut thoroughly
3. On a cookie sheet linked with waxed/parchment paper, make balls of the cookie mixture to the size you desire and place evenly on the cookie sheet. Bake until it is slightly golden brownish, about 10-12 minutes. (My family likes them a little on the crispier side, so its really up to you)
4. Let them cool, and dip in melted milk chocolate. Chill in refrigerator, sprinkle with powered sugar for looks and serve!

Macaroons are so yummy! Ben is a sucker for anything coconut.
Have you ever tried Parisian macaroons? They are totally different from the traditonal american ones. Ever since the first time i tried them i fell in love.
