Yummy Peaches n' Berries Dessert

3/4 cups flour
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding (4 serving size pkg)
1/2 cup + 3 tbsp milk
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Thawed Frozen or Fresh peaches
Thawed frozen or fresh raspberries
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Oven: 350 degrees
Pan: 9'' glass pie pan

1. combine flour, pudding mix, 1/2 cup of the milk, egg, baking powder, and salt and mix until blended. It gets really sticky. Pour into the greased dish and spread evenly. Bake in oven for 8-10 min.
2. Remove from oven and arrange peaches and raspberries. (If using fresh peaches, add a little corn starchif they are really juicy)
3. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar and 3 tbsp of milk until thoroughly mixed. Pour over the peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Bake for 35 minutes or until set.
5. Serve Warm with Vanilla Ice Cream, can also be served cold too!
